A Child's Love
Gone are the days when Mom used to be with the child all the time!
Gone are the days when Dad shapes the Child's life!
Gone are the days when Grandparents take pride in taking care of their Grandchildren!
Gone are the days when a Child was treated as a CHILD!
I'm a new born.. And my Mom's maternity leaves are just getting over.
I only hear Dad's voice once or twice in a day, if he comes home before i fall asleep.
They call it a small family & I don't get to see a family when I'm awaken during the day.
A new nanny has been appointed to take care of me.
Nanny, I don't feel the warmth in your hands, like my mom's.
You don't understand the reason I cry.
You are here just to 'take care', and I don't know if that care allows you to kiss me?
Coz I never had a soft kiss from you.
You give me food & water when I don't need.
You feed me with a spoon & it doesn't smell love.
You keep up to the clock's time to feed me rather than looking at me!
I only understand my baby language like "booboo, chuchu, mumu.."
But everyone around me talks like professionals which i don't understand.
Parents keep earning for my future
But fail to understand that I need them in the present!
My stroller carries me, than others do!
I have only few days of my baby life.
Once its over I will be one among you, striving hard to learn & earn money
Only few days left before I fight the battle of life & currency
Only few days left for me to stay innocent
Only few days left for me to smile at everyone
All I want now, is just Love!
So that, I can do my things on my own.
